Ford RV Refrigeration Training - Student Survey

Certified RV Refrigerator Service Technician

Ed's survey 1
In 2002 Ed and his wife Camille, quit their jobs, sold their house, bought an RV and toured the United States and Canada for a year. Then, they bought a 36' Gulf Stream Sun Voyager motor home. Now, they both work in the RV industry, moving each season to follow the "snowbirds". Camille  sells RVs for a living, helping others follow in their footsteps to see this beautiful country. Ed owns and operates Protech Mobile RV Service and Repair, a business they take on the road. Each summer they return to CT, their home state.

Ed was already well versed in some of the phases our training covers such as theory of operation, disassembly, and reassembly of the refrigerator and cooling unit. He also did not need us to familiarize him with RV Industry Connections.

Ed is RVDA & RVIA Certified. Because of his prior experience, Ed was able to complete the certification in less than the allotted 40 hours. He was still required to pass the written and practical exam, both of which he made perfect scores.

Ed was a pleasure to instruct and his wife Camille was also able to sit in on the Marketing phase of our instruction. Both are very wonderful people and we look forward to watching them grow, maintaining a business relationship, and a friendship as well.
