Mike has a great deal of experience in HVAC. He is now adding RV
Refrigerator Reconditioning to his already established business known as
"Lee's Appliance".Mike attended a two day training in June and also
purchased the specialized tools. Afterward he sent us the following
email.
Hi Roger and Onna Lee:
I really enjoyed meeting you guys
and spending the time with you. I am really looking forward to
putting my knowledge to work. I have been working really hard to get
things lined up so that as soon as the tools arrive we can get
started! I have one RV dealer that I have been talking with for
awhile about this and he has 2 lots and does mostly pre-owned and is
desperate for someone to help him out, I talked with him last week
on one of my Trips to Monaco Coach and he says "Well when are you
going to start?"! So we are looking for good things to come. When I
get started and see how I do, I will probably come and spend
another day with you guys. Looking forward to great things and you
guys getting the network going. It will be a great thing. I worked
on a Coach Tuesday for a couple that had a splendid washer problem
that started 6 months ago in Arizona. They came all the way to
Florida to get some work done. I looked at the washer and all that
was wrong with it was a bad GFI Breaker. They told me how much they
had been abused by so many servicers along the way and that is sad,
so we know we will be successful helping people like we do now.
Thanks for your help, see ya again!

Lee's Appliance Service, Inc
Once Mike started servicing RV
Refrigerators, he decided to obtain the Certification. He returned
to complete his forty hours and has also become an RVRN Member.
We really enjoyed getting to know
Mike. He is very "consumer" oriented and takes pride in his work.
He did a wonderful job on both of the exams. We are really proud of
his efforts. We
look forward to years of friendship and working together in the RV
Industry.
