Service Center.

Ed, from Connecticut, & Roger discuss the Dometic and Norcold
Cooling Units. Ed is a Master Certified RV Service Center Owner.

pressurizes the cooling unit. Kenneth has been in Commercial and
Residential Appliance Service for 18 years.

George, from Tennessee, receives his
Certification from
John. George is Master Certified HVAC and owned his own company.
Jason, from Nevada, is instructed by John on urethaning the
cooling unit. Jason is RVDA, RVIA Master Certified and is a Mobile
Service owner.
Sid, from Tennessee discharges the
cooling unit. Sid was a certified specialist in Commercial
ammonia refrigeration.

cooling unit. Mark is Master Certified RV Dealer Ship/Service
Center owner.

cooling unit. Tim is an RVDA, RVIA, Master Certified Service

JR, from Florida, makes repairs on
cooling unit. JR is Master Certified HVAC and owns his own
business.

to mix the chemicals to obtain the correct charge for the cooling unit.
Carlos is a retired chemical engineer and now teaches in Texas. He has a few
new ideas for the use of absorption refrigeration.
Barry, from Arkansas,
reassembles the refrigerator he reconditioned. Barry is a campground owner
and has provided RV service to those in his area for many years.
Chauncey, from Arizona receives instruction on the cooling
unit stem and valve. Chauncey is the owner of an HVAC
company and is excited about his new adventure in the RV
Industry.

Bob, from Tennessee shows off
his Ford Procedures manual. He has been in the RV business for many years
and has seen the need for this service in his area. He works on many RV's
belonging to Nashville Stars. Bob is now a Certified RV Refrigerator

to repair her first cooling unit. She is our first female trainee. Sylvia has
a background as an operating engineer, and also holds a CDL license. She is
now a Certified RV Refrigerator Specialist.

Kevin, from North Dakota has
charged his first cooling unit. He has been in the RV business for 14 years,
has a Certification in high pressure steam boilers, and is now a Certified
RV Refrigerator Specialist.
