 The RVRN Association has unsurpassed quality control because we take care of each refrigerator with hands-on care rather than reconditioning in mass quantities. Every unit we service receives 100% attention rather than one out of every 4 or more. Plus, over the past 23 years we have perfected our procedures, which have proven to be successful year after year. We have customers who travel hundreds of miles to obtain RVRN quality service. The more RVRN Members there are, the more quality control the consumer can depend on in their own areas. We are looking for Service Techs to become  RVRN Certified in your area NOW!

Initiating a warranty claim:

If you are experiencing problems with the operation of the refrigerator cooling unit, call the RVRN Home Office, Ford RV Refrigeration at 270-354-9239. We can walk you through the proper operating procedures in an effort to determine whether the cooling unit, or method of use is defective.

If our troubleshooting technicians believe that a defective cooling unit is the problem, you will be directed to the nearest RVRN Service Center (RS) Member who will honor your warranty.

All warranty claims require the original receipt of purchase. Valid warranty claims on previous services rendered will be honored at no charge.

Should the returned cooling unit be in proper working order, charges for services performed will apply.

RVRN Members and Associates will not be held liable to the customers, or any other persons for damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the refrigerator cooling unit.

All cooling units reconditioned by a Service Tech in the RVRN Association come with an automatic One year 100% warranty, providing all warranty procedures (proper care and handling) are followed. The warranty is transferable.
