This is an email we received from Jim after his training.

Roger and Onna Lee,

I would like to thank you both once again for sharing your kindness and knowledge with me, while Jane and I were there last week.

I was only looking to get a little bit of hands on training on RV refrigeration but I came away with a whole lot more than I could have expected. Your kindness, inspiration and enthusiasm were more than I had bargained for and for that, many many thanks.

Together with your personalities and your strong commitment to your business ethics, I would whole heartedly recommend Ford RV Refrigeration to anyone . In fact I've already started to pass the word on to folks in RV life style that I keep in contact with.

Jim came to Ford RV Training Center for a five hour basic training. He strictly wanted to become educated in trouble shooting and repair of the controls and trouble shooting the cooling unit on the RV refrigerator.

Jim and his wife Jane are planning to retire next year. They will travel the United States in their Motor Home. He wanted to be able to provide service for himself and to his fellow campers during their travels which will also provide an income while they are on the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed Jim and Jane while they were here. They are a joy to be around and we believe that he will provide honest and dependable service to those in need.
