According to Ford,100 percent of the membership fees are spent on promoting the RVRN Association and its members.

The RVRN Members warranty covers 100 percent of parts and labor spent on reconditioning for one full year and is transferable. In addition, the RVRN Home Office offers a lifetime warranty to their customers. This warranty can be offered because of the success rate of the Ford procedures, said Onna Lee Ford, vice president of Ford RV Refrigeration.

“Through dealer education, RV refrigerator cooling units can be reconditioned successfully, which opens doors for new jobs with educated service techs, networking, more profit for the service center, and a more economical choice for consumers,” she added. “Other companies are providing reconditioned cooling units to RV dealers, but their warranties only cover shipping and labor for 30 days,” “Our goal is to help technicians become RV refrigerator Specialists so that they become independent by taking care of their own refrigerator reconditioning and providing their own warranties.
